FRED BONFILS / Property Manager
Fred attended Purdue University (he secretly wanted to be like Perry Mason!) and earned the CAM & CPM licenses. Fred is proud of the great reputation he and his staff have built at Four Winds. Fred takes pride in providing quality housing and stellar service to everyone at Four Winds.
NANCY GRAVES / Assistant Manager
Nancy attended Ball State University where she earned a BS in Elementary Education. She enjoys the fast paced environment in the apartment industry, but more than that, LOVES helping folks find a wonderful home at Four Winds!
RALPH THOMAS LUTZE / Maintenance Supervisor
Ralph has 35 years H.V.A.C. experience! He also spent six years in the Navy. Ralph enjoys getting to know the residents of Four Winds and assisting them with their Maintenance needs.
KEN NEELEY / Service Technician
Ken is a local man with a lot of experience! He takes great pride in maintaining the quality of our town homes as well as in the service he provides to the Four Winds residents. When you see him out, say “Hello!”
