ALISA KENNEDY / Property Manager
Alisa is a problem solver that brings an organized and positive attitude to Carnaby Village. She has over 14 years of experience in the Property Management industry and truly understands that the residents MUST be happy! When not working, she loves spending time with her family, eating potato chips while watching The Biggest Loser, walking her dog and playing pool (even though she admits that she’s not very good at it). She is excited to join the BGI family and looks forward to meeting all of the outstanding residents at Carnaby Village.
TIFFANY RANDALL / Leasing Specialist
Please join us in welcoming Tiffany to Carnaby Village! Tiffany is an outgoing, punctual people person and is looking forward to assisting the current and future residents of the community. When not at work, Tiffany is the proud mother of three, loves to read, sleep and fantasize about her next trip to Chipotle for a burrito bowl. In addition to her roles as a mother, and the front face of Carnaby Village, Tiffany has quite the record in Track and Field and has attended the University of Toledo. When you see her around, be sure to say hello!
TIM WOODYARD / Maintenance Technician
Tim also worked for BGI in the 90′s before returning to assist the residents at Carnaby Village. Tim takes pride in his work and is eager to assist everyone at Carnaby Village with their maintenance needs and making their home comfortable.
JAMES (JIM) WEATHERALL / Maintenance Technician
We love having Jim around Carnaby Village. He is knowledgeable, quick, has lots of energy and keeps us all laughing. He loves to see everyone smile. When not at work, Jim loves taking his grandkids out for ice cream, watching old movies with his wife and doing home improvement projects between naps. He loves to eat fast food, but has to keep it a secret from his wife! He has 35 years of maintenance and welding experience, is HVAC certified and was a member of the Army Corps of Engineers.
